In our house there is a small place for the commercial.
The camera pans over the soft hills of Modena, a gate opens inviting us to enter a large house and a plaque reads: Casa Modena, Masters of Salumi. Thus begins the first episode in the story of how experience, knowledge of traditional recipes and a love for things done properly gives rise to products with unique characteristics. Flavours and aromas identified with a marvellous region like Emilia, where genuine ingredients and people are what make the difference.
